- have seen other tiles by these manufacturers elsewhere can you get them?

Yes: Our web site shows a select range of the most popular products, but we seek to increase our range over time. If you have seen other tiles by these manufacturers they may be on display in our showroom or we can make enquiries on your behalf. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

- How long will the tiles take to arrive?

Orders have to be crafted by hand and will take on average 2-3 weeks to be delivered – we will keep you informed by email.

- Will I be able to return any left over tiles?

No: Owing to the bespoke nature of the tiles and limited batch runs we will not be able to refund left over tiles but always recommend that you retain spares in case of alterations or accidental damage.

- Can the tiles be used anywhere?

No: They can only be used on the walls in bathrooms, showers, kitchens and cloakrooms. Please note that Emerald Green, Lime Green, Marine Blue, Moonstone, Prussian Blue and Anthracite of The Winchester Tile Company are recommended in dry areas only and should not be used around the kitchen sink or shower cubicles.

- My tiles have arrived with crazed glazing and pin marks are they faulty?

No: This is normal and is the defining characteristic of the bespoke hand made process where no two tiles are the same. We also refer you our terms and conditions for manufacturer guidance.
